Noticed in an older video you had an e-collar controller when in Wal***t. Paid for online SD training for my GSD after my trainer had to have surgery & she said I knew enough to work with him on my own, but I decided to get videos to assist. Anyway, when I mentioned I used an e-collar, I was put angrily down by phone rep, tone of voice was awful, said don’t you ever let us see you using that, no SD is EVER allowed to be in public with the e-collar, or prong collar, even soft rubber tipped. (I too have bad PTSD, long story & the abuse is ongoing behind my back even though I left, long ago.) The ☎️ rep’s helpful attitude changed. Was shocked. I ❤ the collar & have only had to use the vibrate & rarely. So is it against any laws for Service Dogs that says I can’t use an e-collar? (Maybe e-collar is banned in CA where they don’t seem to like it🤷🏼‍♀️) Trying their clicker method, but despise. Hope you can help with an answer. Wish you well😊 Thanks!

I feel like I owe you so much. You inspired me. I found your channel in like 2017 before I even had my own dog. I was about 11 and undiagnosed with autism - my mental and physical health was getting worse and worse. I found immediate comfort in your videos. In 2018, I got my dog for general support and no purpose for service work, but a few years later I decided to train him more in becoming a service dog as I hit rock bottom and was ill. I watched your videos for inspiration. Now in 2024, I'm diagnosed with autism (seeking a possible POTS diagnosis too) and 17 (turning 18 late October), my dog is 6 and he's just my entire world. I've never stopped watching your videos. I love your content and I'm so thankful, I'm so happy your okay and doing better. x

I am going into seventh grade recently being diagnosed with depression and anxiety with a difficult time holding in my emotions. I love dogs. I have begged my parents for a dog since I was able to talk. Even though I love dogs, I feel nervous about getting a service dog. I have always been made fun of. I have not told anyone that I need therapy. So if im walking around with a dog that has service dog written on it,I wonder if I will get made fun of more. For only being 12 I don't have the best mental health. I usually stay up late at night either crying or worrying. I do not have a service dog yet but I will soon. Watching this video has been very helpful. Thank you so much and thank you so much.

I am a service dog handler to and your story makes me feel a little better about myself I have FASD syndrome a long life, spectrum disorder and .before when I was a little girl I. Always had trouble walking into a restaurant, no matter how hard it was. I never liked hard crowds and many crowds and spaces out in public. I was always shy from people I wouldn’t talk to people or communicate. I love your life story about you and your service dog and I think that if you share your life story on TikTok may be a lot of people would understand more and maybe start following you. I love the way you talk about your service dog you are very kind service dog handler With PTSD and I think you are such a sweet person and you are very nice and encouraging about your service dog I encourage people about my service dog too as she is a FASD assistant dog for me. I’ve always had brain damage ever since I was little and I was diagnosed with FASD when I was a baby and my biological mothers. Birth. If you don’t have TikTok, I understand you can follow me on TikTok. As well and hear about my life story growing up as a teenager. and an adult I am now 21 years old now. my birthday is every year in July 13. I now have a service dog. I got my service dog when I was about 16 years old her name is Bojangles and she’s very sweet. She’s a real highly trained service dog that helps me with my disability. she’s not a fake. I know a lot of people see fake service dogs, but she is well-behaved and does great with me when I take her out in public.

Your channel was one of the most helpful when I was needing a starting place for owner training my current service dog. I will always be grateful for that. She started out as a six week old baby rescued from an accidental litter situation & could have ended up anywhere. Now she’s a phenomenal service dog for PTSD & medical alert.
